Scotts Valley Performing Arts (SVPA) presents the 2008 Annual Broadway Cabaret and Silent Auction. The event will be held for one night only on Saturday, May 3rd at 7:30 PM at the Bethany University Theater in Scotts Valley. The evening will feature musical theatre entertainers from all over the Santa Cruz area including performers from the Follies, Pacific Voices and stars of SVPA’s recent production of Oliver!, to name just a few. There will be singing, dancing, a little comedy, and a short excerpt from the upcoming SVPA Youth Shakespeare workshop and show.

The event is a fundraiser to support our 2008 season, and members of the audience will be able to bid on a wealth of exciting silent auction prizes. Many local businesses have generously donated items including restaurant gift certificates, tickets to sporting events, art and jewelry. Mystery silent auction items and a surprise raffle will add an element of excitement to the event.  There will be something for everyone! 

So come join us for some amazing entertainment, and while you are there win some fabulous prizes! You'll laugh, you'll tap your feet and sing along to some great musical theatre, and you will be supporting local community theater.

Advanced tickets will be $18 for general admission and $15 for students and seniors. There will be a $2 surcharge for tickets purchased at the door.
